Hi, I’m Mary!

I am a lover of all things Light, Art, Storytelling & Connection. I specialize in documentary style wedding and elopement photography and capturing all things love & story.

I am an enneagram 3w4, youngest child and auntie to so many kids that I simply love and adore. But above it all, I am a follower of Jesus. My life deeply revolves around the Church, family & friend, the art of photo, hockey, and a really good iced latte.

I was born and raised in rural Minnesota by a whole lot of love and cow farms. Eventually, I travelled my way to the East Coast, Washington DC and then back to the Twin Cities to be back near my family.

My love for travel bleeds into my work and I am willing to be where you are to capture your wedding day.

I was gifted a camera over a decade ago and it’s been a stable love of mine since. Photography has developed my ability to notice everything and to truly see people. I am grateful daily for this gift from the Lord.

You don’t just sign a contract and then see me on your wedding day (though you can, if that is preferred), but from initial inquiry to the day your gallery is delivered, I am here for you. I will never gate keep my knowledge of the wedding industry from you, and am always willing to help! I promise I won’t show up as a stranger on the day you say “I do”.
